Quality Management

Logoscript believes that to ensure the quality of our services, it is not enough to perform a single quality control check at the end of the project. Quality assurance must be an integral part of each and every production process.

From the very beginning of the project planning process, we select the necessary resources and tools, prepare localization kits, and create project specific communication flows and processes.

During the production stage, project team members work with job checklists. These lists include all steps to be followed for a particular project.

Because our quality assurance rules are rigorously followed throughout the localization process, the final quality control performed internally by our language specialists and technical experts typically verifies that quality standards have been carried out as specified.

The post-project report is another resource that we use to perfect our quality assurance criteria. This report allows us to improve our quality management procedures, as well as verify those which have provided optimum results.
