Project Management

At Logoscript, our entire staff has a common goal: to create a globalized product that meets or exceeds our client's quality requirements without deviating from established deadlines or budgets. To meet this goal, a project manager is assigned as the central figure that distributes information, assigns resources, coordinates tasks, and always ensures compliance.

The project manager is the link between the production team and the client, and performs the following tasks:

  • Requirements analysis based on files
  • Creation and preparation of style guides, glossaries, project planning, data administration documentation, checklists, etc.
  • Determination and selection of the appropriate linguistic resources with the Vendor Manager
  • Preparation and observation of a detailed project plan
  • Ensures effective version control of all files with Visual Source Safe.
  • Organization of quality control processes and preparation and distribution of status reports
  • Observation of project milestones and completion deadline
  • Monitoring the project budget
  • Preparation of post-mortem
